I have always loved to bake; 18 months ago I decided I was going to teach myself
cake decorating and started to make cakes for friends and family. A year ago my sister
was diagnosed Coeliac, and we found the gluten free market to be very slim, so I
decided to swap my ingredients over to cater for her needs.
It is great to see someone walking past my stall and suddenly stop when they see
my little gluten free sign. Their eyes light up and they never know what to try first.
